Twelve-year-old Anas and his parents left Nigeria four years ago. Anas’ parents were small traders and the family lived well, but they had to give everything up due to the conflict. Anas witnessed several murders when his village was attacked.

MSF has presence again in El Salvador with projects in San Salvador and Soyapango. Teams work in basic health care and mental health in areas of the cities affected by high levels of violence. Invisible borders erected by the different gangs and constant clashes with security forces limit people’s mobility and prevent them to reach health centres or hospitals.

They are from Yodo in Honduras. The two Angel's thave travelled for 2 weeks to get to Coatzacoalcos.

He left Honduras because the violence is everywhere. It is usually there, that young people starting to work with gangs for buy a luxury phone and other things.

We have been travelling for two weeks. We walked 7 days to get train, and were cold from the rain during the night. We went to a house nearby and they told as that we could get the bus to came here.

Everybody helped me with my son. My family knows that I decided came. Most of my life I have been alone. I dont have a father or mother. They didn't want me. Thet gave me away.

Our plan is stay in Mexico somewhere to try to find work and a school for my son. I did this near the southern border and it worked. The only thing that is important for me is that my son has a normal life. I know that he will be fine here. Is complex, but people here help us.

Angel's (3yo) mother abandoned us when Angel was 6 months old.

I think that I will find work in Mexico, in Honduras I couldn't. I prefer go slow to United States and try to ask for asylum. We both ae ill like a cold of flu.

آخر تطورات الاستجابة للتسونامي الذي ضرب مضيق سوندا في إندونيسيا

أفادت وكالة إدارة الكوارث الوطنية الإندونيسية بأن عدد النازحين بحلول الساعة الثانية من بعد ظهر يوم 25 ديسمبر/كانون الأول كان قد بلغ 16,082 نازحاً في خمسة مناطق تضررت بالتسونامي الذي ضرب مضيق سوندا في إندونيسيا في وقت متأخر من مساء 22 ديسمبر/كانون الأول 2018. آخر تطورات أزمة إنسانيّة - 27 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2018

These are the drugs Oksana Kolodiuk, 39, a patient with extensively drug-resistant TB (XDR-TB) needs to take every day for her course of treatment at the Zhytomyr Regional TB Dispensary. Oksana was diagnosed last August. In 2018, MSF started providing treatment for drug-resistant tuberculosis (DR-TB) to patients in Zhytomyr Oblast, in partnership with the Zhytomyr Regional TB Dispensary. In Zhytomyr, MSF introduced new oral drugs that are recommended by the WHO, including bedaquiline. These new dugs are essential for patients who have developed resistance to most of the older ones. Zhytomyr region has one of the highest rates of TB in Ukraine.

رحبت منظّمة أطباء بلا حدود اليوم بالأدلة الإرشادية الجديدة الصادرة عن منظمة الصحة العالمية والتي توصي بعلاج السل المقاوم للأدوية بالعقارات الفموية فقط، وناشدت الحكومات إلى إلى البدء على عجل بتطبيقها على نصف الحالات على الأقل وبذل الجهود اللازمة لتوفير العلاجات لجميع المرضى. بيان صحفي - 26 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2018
