In the last 4 days we served 8 hospitals with donations in La Guaira, some of them several times. Total supported treatment on different levels for over 3,500 patients. Needs continue and we continue to support health structures and we will soon start mobile clinics in parcs, stadiums and spontaneous settlements where many displaced people are currently staying.

Um Rakuba camp in eastern Sudan hosts around 17,000 refugees, most of whom fled the Tigray conflict in Ethiopia in 2020 — only to be caught again by Sudan's war. As humanitarian actors withdraw, MSF remains the main provider of healthcare here, for refugees and Sudanese host communities alike. In 2025 alone, our teams delivered more than 68,000 outpatient consultations.

People in the south-east of Madagascar are facing the most acute nutritional and food crisis the region has seen in recent years. MSF began setting up mobile clinics in Amboasary district in late March to screen and treat acute malnutrition in remote villages like those of Ranobe commune, providing ready-to-use therapeutic food and medical care.
