Dalila, 29, and her six-month-old daughter, Blandina, are living at the “Senda de Vida” migrant shelter in Reynosa, Mexico. Dalila left Haiti in 2017 and spent over four years in Chile until she and her husband decided to seek safety and dignity in the United States. Dalila was pregnant as they traveled through several countries, and she gave birth to Blandina when they crossed the border into southern Mexico.

He says: "My name is Mahmud Ali Najajreh.

I was born here, and I live in this area.
I have lived in this area since the day my mother gave birth to me in 1956.
When the Occupation came in 1967, we stayed here.
We got the first notices that our home was to be demolished in 2011. We appealed to the court through a lawyer,
and between 2011 and 2017, they did not demolish anything.
One day in 2017, they came and demolished the house without warning.
In 2017, they demolished four rooms and two bathrooms.
In December 2021, they demolished five rooms and three bathrooms.
On 11 May 2022, they demolished five rooms, three bathrooms and three caravans".

Three weeks after the massive explosion took place in Beirut, MSF is responding to the needs of the most vulnerable people along with those affected by the explosion.

Part of MSF’s medical emergency response is conducting medical consultations at home for many people who are elderly or have NCDs or people with disabilities.

MSF teams provide medical care and mental health support to the most vulnerable people living in Khankad Al Ghamik, Bachoura, Mar Mikhael, Karantina, Burj Hammoud, Geitawi and Rmeil.

MSF also refers patients for specialized medical care or mental health care, and to other organizations providing shelter, food…
