أطباء بلا حدود تشهد زيادة مقلقة في حالات الحصبة ضمن مرافق تدعمها في بلخ وهرات وهلمند

أفادت فرق أطباء بلا حدود في أفغانستان بزيادة ملحوظة في عدد حالات الحصبة في ثلاث مستشفيات تدعمها المنظمة. مع تسجيل زيادة بثلاث أضعاف في معدّل الوفيات مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. بيان صحفي - 14 مارس/آذار 2025

In North Darfur state, hospitals have closed one by one as the fighting has intensified and health facilities have come under attack in the capital, El Fasher. It became too unsafe to keep staff and patients inside El Fasher and MSF reoriented its activities in Zamzam camp. We have continued however to provide remote support through donations of supplies whenever possible to the few health facilities still functioning in El Fasher, such as Saudi Hospital. Saudi hospital was struck again on December 13 and 18, causing scores of deaths and injuries among patients and medics. Local ministry of health sources reported 18 deaths and 57 injured people.

Khadija*, a mother from Gaza, believed her family was in a safe place—until the tanks arrived. In an instant, a shell exploded between them, leaving her son severely injured. At the hospital, she held back tears as her son asked, "Mama, why are they covering Baba’s eyes?" Her husband was gone. Her son, in shock, didn’t speak for 10 days. Palestinian artist Safaa Odah, who also survived the war in Gaza, channels the grief and terror that mothers in Gaza have endured since October 7, 2023. Through her art, she captures the unrelenting cycle of loss that countless Palestinian families continue to face.

Les équipes MSF ont organisé des cliniques mobiles dans plusieurs localités reculées du Nord-Kivu afin d’évaluer les besoins des populations et d’apporter un soutien aux déplacés des camps de Goma revenus dans leur village d’origine. ENG MSF teams have organized mobile clinics in several remote localities in North Kivu to assess the needs of the population and provide support to displaced people from the Goma camps who have returned to their villages of origin.
