The baby arrived in Nadapal, on the Kenyan border with South Sudan, with her mother, her father and her six siblings. The family, originally from Bor, walked for 11 days to reach Nadapal. Sajen’s mother also received treatment from MSF’s medical team.

PK5 is an area where traditionally Muslims and Christians live together. At the beginning of January, 30% of our patients were Muslim, but this has now decreased to only a few as they have fled or fear to go outside. Beginning of February, MSF start a mobile clinic to the large central mosque in Bangui (PK5 neighborhood), where about 2,000 displaced Muslims are living in fear and not daring to get to our clinic. MSF provides daily water supply on this site (20m3 per day) + PK 12 camps : MSF is carrying out mobile clinics in the PK12 camp, where there are approximately 1,500 displaced people.

N'Djamena, Clement Community Center . 600 refugees from CAR are hosted in the " transit center " designed by the Chadian authorities to house people evacuated by plane from Bangui. 65 cargo planes chartered by Chad have enabled nearly 15,000 people to flee the violence and abuses in CAR . MSF conducts medical consultations in each of the eight sites hosting the CAR refugees in N'Djamena.
