The city of Debaltseve in Eastern Ukraine has suffered massive damage in the last months (particularly fierce in February). Separatists took control of this strategic city after the Minsk agreement on February 12. Since then, many residents have returned home. But living conditions remain precarious, with poor shelter and food security, and without operational health structures. MSF is carrying out home consultations and running a mobile clinic in a van to reach those in most in need of medical care.
