
An earthquake measuring 7.6 on the Richter scale struck Pakistan, India and Afghanistan on October 10th. The epicentre was in the Pakistan controlled region of Kashmir. An MSF team was already there, establishing a medical centre in Lamnian, a village just 15kms from the epicentre.
