I.                    MSF INTERNATIONAL

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organisation that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural disasters. MSF offers assistance to people based only on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.

MSF International also provides administrative support to the MSF Access Campaign.

II.                  POSITION BACKGROUND

MSF is executing a global HRIS (Human Resources Information System) project of design, development and integration of HR systems and processes across 24 MSF offices (Symphony Program). In the preliminary phase of the project, a feasibility study was carried out, functional and technical requirements defined and a HRIS solution identified. The project is now entering the implementation phase aiming to realise the solution with SAP (HCM/eRecruitment) and deploy it in MSF offices.

The Training Manager plays a key role in the project as all HR staff in each MSF office need to be trained before the HRIS can be implemented.

Being a key member of our Symphony project team, you will focus on helping to deliver SAP HCM and eRecruitment to all MSF sections, by training end users on the use of the new system, providing supporting documentation during and after the trainings and encouraging and empowering users to work with the new tool.

You will be in direct contact with each of the countries to establish the training calendar and define the participants.
